"URRAK"Every year, in the first month of summer across the state of Goa, cultish alcoholic beverage 'Urrak', is made by our local folks. Made out of Cashew Fruit its the product of first single distillation phase, and it and has very low shelf life compared to the fenny.
Its also known as jungle juice in Goa, You have to try it out with Limca, some lemons, nice green chili and pinch of salt, you will remember the taste for the rest of your vacation & surely you gonna ask for some more.
