To proceed, you can either log into your existing oipatrao account, create a new account for future awesomeness and discounts or continue as a ‘Guest’

Once this is all set, proceed to confirm your shipping address, select the desired payment method, and confirm your order.

You will receive Email/Sms confirmation with your order details confirming your order, provided your payment is approved and verified by our accounts team, unless you have opted for COD (additional Rs 50/- on orders below 1499/-).

Once the item is ready for shipping/shipped you will receive an email with your shipping tracking code/id.

We have tied up with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. All goods are sealed to protect your shipments from any damages and to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Most of our products (T-shirts, coasters, tote bags, etc.) are freshly made (Just like cookies)  after you place an order. It usually takes 2-3 days to prepare your order and another 7 days for the shipping company to deliver it to you. On rare occasions, due to unavoidable circumstances specific size /color may not be available right away. In that case, kindly allow us additional time to fill our inventory

Estimated delivery time for any given product takes around 8-9 days to deliver.

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (911@oipatrao.com) within 6 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the product has not already been processed. If the cancellation request happens after 6 hours or if production has been started already, we cannot entertain any request.  In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. 

Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages or defective products for which oipatrao.com or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (911@oipatrao) if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable. You are required to ship back the damaged product along with the original packaging. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest. Shipping charges of the returned product  will be credited in your account within 10 working days..
